Dr. Rih-Teng Wu received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in the Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University in 2011 and 2014, respectively. He earned his second M.S. degree in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and his Ph.D. degree in the Lyles school of Civil Engineering at Purdue University in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Prior to joining National Taiwan University as a faculty member, Dr. Wu was a postdoctoral research associate at Purdue. His research interests are structural/prognostic health monitoring, big data and data fusion, artificial intelligence, computer vision, system identification as well as metamaterial design and discovery.
